Since first starting in 1994, now as the CEO I’m steering the corporate direction and strategy for KINTO, my focus is on the company’s many activities and employees. A real passion of mine is to create a customer-centric culture of inclusivity and innovation. I want our employees to feel involved with, and aligned to, our customer strategy, as this will ensure we deliver sustainable growth for both the company and our customers.
