The arrival of WLTP is a positive development for fleets in the long term; giving easy access to fuel and emissions data that is much more meaningful and thus allowing fleets to make better, more accurate policy decisions but the changeover from NEDC to WLTP presents a period of major transformation which has started to cause disruption to usual vehicle ordering processes. And this disruption is likely to continue throughout this year.
